As a Sacramento REALTOR® I always do my best for all my home buyers and home sellers but it is so nice to be appreciated and given an enthusiastic “Rock Star” title. Home sellers are never left to just sign documents and read through them if they want. That’s how misunderstandings happen. I always give my professional opinion but the ultimate decision is always left up to my home sellers. My home sellers are never left wondering.
Negotiations and Time Frames
When it comes to negotiations I can be a bulldog. It’s always nice to have it be a win, win, win for both the home buyer and home seller but at the end of the day, I represent the home seller. I do not represent both the home buyer and home seller on the same transaction. When a home buyer is interested in a home for sale I have listed, I contact a Realtor that can represent them. My loyalty, experience and expertise belong to my home seller at that point. The home buyer deserves to have their own representation.
I am a stickler when it comes to time frames. Whether the time frames are the built-in time frames of the contract or if those time limits have been changed and agreed upon with a Counter, the home buyer will be held accountable. There are times when I see these dates and time frames ignored by other agents but know full well when I represent my home seller, those dates are important.
Experience Helps My Home Sellers
There is no doubt that my real estate experience helps my home sellers when things go great and when things seem like there not so wonderful it’s all the years of experience and training that helps my home sellers. It’s important to me to do everything I possibly can for my sellers, this is the most amount of money most people ever deal with and that means something! Selling is many times for home sellers very stressful, like divorce or death so it is my job to be as understanding and helpful as possible.
