El Dorado Hills California Upscale

This up-scale bedroom community has a hilly terrain and straddles highway 50 between Folsom and Cameron Park located just 25 miles from downtown Sacramento.

With elevations ranging from 200 feet to over 10,800 feet, there is tremendous diversity in the landscape. Aimed at the affluent, many homes are modestly up-scale. El Dorado Hills is home to the Serrano 18-hole Country Club golf course.

This scenic community continues to grow and provide a variety of housing in master-planned communities as well as active adult communities. Since it only began in 1980, housing is fairly new.
