Sacramento Home Buyers Having Hard Time Getting Accepted

 Sacramento Homebuyers are having one heck of time getting their offers accepted unless they are paying cash or getting a conventional loan with more then 20% down.  Eventually, the FHA and VA home buyers will get accepted so keep up a good fight and keep submitting those offers.  I know it’s defeating but your time will come so continue to make those offers and at some point yours will stick.

Be sure to have a fun and safe Halloween and please watch out for all those little goblins on the street, Saturday.

Then, on Saturday night turn those clocks back…it’s that time of year again. And you might as well change those batteries in your smoke detectors and have a safe night sleeping.
