Sacramento survived the Biggest Storm yesterday with few outages, the boat section of highway 5 flooded again and trees down in the City of Trees. I understand quite a few tree branches went down in Midtown Sacramento and damaged cars parked along the street.
We were resilient even with those 45 mile an hour winds and down pour.
You may be sighing a relief that you made it through this one but when the sun shines this weekend, make sure that you clean those gutters out. With the trees full of leaves an the wind howling through the branches, this means your gutters are more than likely full again.
Before the next rain make sure your gutters are clean. My guess is that we probably will need to clean them a couple more times this year, unfortunately. This will help assure that you don’t end up with any damage.
We will be back in the 70’s with the sun shining and ready for home buyers to view homes for sale throughout the Sacramento area. There are some great buys and of course interest rates are fabulous for the home buyers today.
There is still hope that Congress will extend the home buyer tax credit. Under the current policy you must close on a house or condo by November 30th in order to take advantage of the tax credit as it stand right now.
While looking at MLS today I see there are plenty of homes for sale all over the Sacramento area. Here are just a few of the homes for sale:
383 Arden Arcade homes for sale
277 Land Park, Greenhaven and Curtis Park homes for sale
104 Midtown Downtown Sacramento homes for sale
