As you view the video about property taxes, keep in mind that Sacramento County can and does increase homeowner property taxes by 2% per year. The example that I cited in the video for a reassessment of property taxes was for a rental property of mine which was purchased in 2004.
Be sure if you have asked for a reassessment of your property taxes that you proof read your bank statement that outlines the breakdown of your mortgage to double check the amount of your property taxes. I have found mistakes.
