Sacramento Real Estate talks about how the banks need to get with the program. Banks are sitting on home buyer and investor offers. Banks are holding back on a ton of foreclosures and not releasing them for sale. It’s obvious the banks don’t know how to sell real estate. Time for the banks to hire some experienced Realtors to get these homes sold and off the books. The economy can not improve until the foreclosures are all sold. There are plenty of home buyers and investors willing and able to buy right now. Now, it the time for the banks to step up and accept the home buyers and investors offers while they are still interested. Sacramento Realtor, Gena Riede doesn’t feel sorry for the banks.
