A home buyer will be very lucky when they buy your townhouse since everything has been done to perfection. The grounds look and sound well maintained and certainly add to the complex. What a great place for a student going to ASU to live and possibly even two with one paying rent. This would be a college parent's opportunity and what a great place for a student to live. Sure beats the dorms and wasting money with no write-off. So glad that you wrote to the readers so that they get valid information straight from the Seller. There's nothing better. I LOVE this place and wish I could keep it - if not for relocating across the country, I would do just that. I have finally finished adding all of the detailed touches to this condo including interior paint, matching door knobs everywhere, new cabinet doors in the kitchen, new kitchen and bathroom faucets, etc. The travertine surround in the bath and the matching kitchen counters, wood and tile floors all create an amazing upgraded living area. I have also created a second walk-in closet out of the former storage area, complete with carpet and a hanging wall system. The grounds are beautiful here - green grass, huge trees and a pool right outside the front door which is all an added bonus. By the end of 2009, it will be even better here as the entire property will be painted and each building will have a new roof - none of which will be at the cost of the incoming owner.
