Sacramento real estate
continues on the upswing with home sales continuing to increase in numbers.
It’s been a steady slow climb which is much more stabilizing than a rush of numbers.
The chart above shows single family home sales from January 2008 through June 2008.
The June 2008 figures will only continue to increase as real estate offices plug their numbers into the system and update the MLS. However, I wanted to get these numbers to you as quickly as possible.

How many of these sales were sold back to the bank at auction? According to the California numbers 97.6% of the sales were REOs.
John,
Not exactly sure about your question. The sales are not indicative of sales going back to the bank.
These figures are based on homes on the MLS they do not include the foreclosure process of an auction. They do however, include the homes banks sell on the MLS.
