Stephen,
As long as you don't assume the role of the home inspector everything will be fine.

During the home inspection, I am usually busy writing my Agent Visual Inspection report.

My clients attend the home inspection and then the home inspector writes up the report, prints it and goes over all of the areas found needing attention with my home buyers and with me.

As long as the Realtor remains a Realtor and lets the home inspector take the lead then all is good.

You have a great resource of information here, but I do see some potential issues for #3. Here in the Birmingham, AL area, they recommend us not going to home inspections. It has become a liability issue. A HI can claim to have told an agent something that wasn't passed on to a buyer and the agent can be held responsible. While I an willing go if my buyer wants me to, and I tell them all this, I have since stopped going. Maybe this is just another one of those things that is different from region to region in real estate.
