I love the craftsman bungalows, they’re my favorite! It must be so interesting to see how Sacramento neighbors decorate their homes and entertain their holiday guests.

I agree those craftman homes have a great deal of appeal. Decorating some of these homes is such a thrill to see.

The statistics shown for Sacramento county sales are AVERAGES: The values, square footages, DOM include the 900sf 75 year old in Oak Park, as well is the 5000sf mansion just finished located on the Sacramento River! It continues to escape me how anyone could learn anything from MLS figures. Sometimes I get requests from out-of-town lenders like “How much do houses cost in your area?” , Or “How much is a printing press or a forklift worth?”
Sorry, folks, I need to examine the subject first. Just send me half my fee and I’ll get started. Makes me wonder how many bad loans were made using statistical (assessor’s) data, BPOs,AVMs, or Zillow!

Truett, that’s why they need a Realtor to determine a CMA…it’s not as simple as all that but then as an appraiser you already know that.

  5. Mike Kobel
