Take a tour of Land Park which is just a smidgen south of Downtown Sacramento right off Broadway and the historic Tower Theatre. Don’t miss eating at the Tower Cafe before heading into Land Park.
Land Park is known for its tree-lined streets and homes of character and charm. This is an area that is a testament to why Sacramento is called the “City of Trees.”
Because I have so much to say about Land Park and what it has to offer I will break this article into a two part series.
Last week, I showed a home buyer relocating from Georgia, homes in Land Park. For those considering moving to the Sacramento area, Land Park has a lot to offer. Real estate in Land Park is sought after and after seeing the area, you too will agree that this is one of Sacramento’s BEST. I have tried to condense why those that live in Land Park love it.
Be sure to view my videos and see the park as well as several of the homes in the Land Park area so that you can get a feel for this jewel of Sacramento Real Estate. It would be my pleasure to personally introduce you to Land Park and help you find just the right home.
William Land Park with over 166 acres is truly one of a kind. There are picnic areas, gaming courts, playing fields, an adventure play area, rock garden, jogging paths plus a variety of activities such as the Sacramento Zoo, Fairytale Town, FunLand, golf and much more. Did I mention the lake and the serenity that can be found there? For a map of William Land Park and its amenity guide, the City of Sacramento has provided a good layout of the park.
Sac City College is right across the street from William Land Park.
Be sure to check back onWednesday for additional information about Land Park and more videos of Sacramento Land Park, I can’t wait to share more. You’ll soon learn why this is a favorite of mine.

Looks like a great area!
A Land Park, I just love that name- and it looks like a lot of fun in Sacramento. And look at all of your community posts. I like to write about Charlotte Communities. I bet Sacramento buyers are a lot like Charlotte buyers, they buy community first and house 2nd. Love this post, Terry McDonald~Charlotte NC
Uncle Jack,
Helping Google out…love to help as much as I can.
Oh it is a great area. In fact, the community met at the amphitheater and signed Christmas cards for the troops. It’s a very active community park and gorgeous area.
Terry,
Yes they do and I too love to write about the different communities. It helps those that are relocating.
