Welcome to Natomas, California in Sacramento County. If you are planning on moving or relocating to CA this is a great place to learn a little something about each of the areas and neighborhood real estate prior to deciding where you would like to live.
Whether buying or selling a house this is a great place to begin your Real Estate search.
Natomas is a great place that is close to Hwy 5 and Hwy 80 and just minutes from Downtown Sacramento. This area has expanded during the years and has several zip codes. There are newer homes as well as houses on the Sacramento River. There is a little something for everyone from Cape Cod looking houses to Contemporary homes as well as the lovely estates on the Sacramento River. If you never want to have a long commute to the airport, you might want to consider Natomas, just minutes to the Sacramento International Airport.
Students in Natomas are served by San Juan Unified School District and Natomas Unified School District.

Natomas offers its young professional affordable housing and an easy commute to Downtown Sacramento via Interstate 5, Northgate Blvd. and Hwy 80. 
A close-knit community, Natomas supports its own newspaper, Natomas Journal. Nearby, Arco Arena is home to the Sacramento Kings professional basketball team (with a possible move to the Downtown area). The area hosts many additional events, such as concerts and childrens shows. Although commercial development such as Coca Cola Bottling Company, Raleys Distribution Center, Frys Electronics in this area thrives, the area also maintains open bike trails, parks and a community center.
Because Natomas is bordered by the Sacramento River, there are several funky marinas and riverside eateries to enjoy. Be sure to check out Discovery Park. The Sacramento International airport is a very easy commute from this area about 3-5 miles.
Did I mention that Natomas is home to the Sacramento Kings and the Sacramento Monarchs? This is where the Arco Arena is and where you can watch the Kings, the Sacramento Monarchs and many celebrity venues.
North Natomas, 95835 is a Master Planned Community area of newer homes, just east of Interstate 80. Some of the communities in this area include; Witter Ranch Historic Farm, Fishermans Lake, Ueda Parkway Regional Park, Northpointe Park, Northborough, Gateway West and Natomas Crossing areas. Several new apartment complexes have also been built in this area.

Natomas Park is a 1,250 acre master-planned community. There are several parks with open space along with a 200 acre regional park being planned with multi-use facilities, passive recreation areas, a library, a community center plus much more.
The residents of Natomas Park are members of The Club at Natomas Park which includes a 15,000 square foot complex and a community club with fitness center and 3 swimming pools.
Natomas Charter Schools Performing and Fine Arts academy has a new state-of-the-art theater. New schools will continue to be built along with a community college.

South Natomas is an older neighborhood which began in 1970. Many single family homes can be found with mature landscaping, a library, community center, and parks. This is a great area for First Time Homebuyers.
There are also several new developments River Bend and Riversgate with higher end homes.
