The more the client knows, the better decsions they can make. But, in the long run it effects everyone just as the irresponsible bad loans have and are going to effect everyone. It's time to stand up and be heard. If it is lower I will not place the listing because I do not want my sellers to have to go head to head with a buyer sporting bad advice. What is the point if you are priced fairly?
