Im sure it comes as now surprise that the number is significantly lower in 2007 as compared with 2005. Buyers are finding it difficult to qualify for a house as compared to a few years ago the reason creative financing helped put buyers into the American Dream, a house when in fact, their credit scores and income did not qualify for regular financing. These same buyers are now loosing their homes.
Subprime Lenders are going out of business weekly and the Lenders are tightening up the qualifications needed for Buyers to buy a home. Home Buyers today, will be in good shape Home Buyers today can actually afford a house Home Buyers today will be in a good, financially secure loan.

Both Home Buyers and Sellers need to become acquainted with what homes are selling for in their neighborhood.
Its important to price your house correctly, the first time. Home Buyers want to see fresh new listings, if it takes you several months to understand the market, you have lost potential home buyers home buyers are looking at the new listings what is fresh on the market. In this real estate market, you must be aggressive, priced correctly and in show quality if you want to sell.
Home staging is vital to your sale, pricing is vital to your sale and flexible with showing your home is vital to your sell.
As we continue in the months ahead, where there will be more and more homes for sale, take a look down your street and if there are for sale signs my recommendation is to wait. This sends a clear, negative message to all Home Buyers. The first question a Home Buyer asks when they see several for sale signs, is what is wrong with the neighborhood?
Hint: take turns selling on your street, talk to your neighbor in the long run it will work in your favor.
As always, as a Realtor, I am here to help both Home Buyers and Sellers with their Real Estate needs and questions.
