February Home Sales are ready for you to take a look at. Are you asking yourself, why in March am I looking at February Home Sales? had to wait till all the numbers were in which of course doesnt happen until the end of the previous month. And now, by clicking on the link you can view all the home sales for each one of the Cities/Communities in El Dorado County for February. These areas are where I work with Buyers and Sellers. El Dorado County had 1,344 homes for sale for the month of February. The numbers that I am supplying are for single family residences. This does not include duplexes, 4“plexes, land, commercial etc. The average cost in all of El Dorado County for a home that was listed for sale in February was $686,940.

Now, of those 1,344 residential homes for sale in El Dorado County 287 homes received an offer that was accepted by the Seller and therefore went into the status of Pending Sale. Those homes had an average cost of $635,295 with an average of 2,346 square feet of living space.

For the entire El Dorado County area for the month of February, 114 Homes Sold. Of these 104 houses, the average Sold price was $653,593 with an average square footage of 2,316.
