Are you thinking of buying a home in Sacramento County?
February Home Sales are ready for you to take a look at. You might be asking yourself, why in March am I looking at February Home Sales? thats an easy one. I had to wait until the month of February was over before I could give you all the home sales for each one of the Cities/Communities in Sacramento County. You knew that!
Very surprisingly, there were 8,161 homes for sale in all of Sacramento for the month of February. The numbers that I am supplying are only single family residences. This does not include duplexes, 4“plexes, land, commercial etc. The average cost in all of Sacramento for a home that was listed for sale was $412,139 with 1850 square feet.
Now, of those 8,161 residential homes for sale in Sacramento County 1,700 homes received an offer that was accepted by the Seller and therefore went into the status of Pending Sale. Those homes had an average cost of $384,496 with 1672 square feet of living space.
For the entire Sacramento County for the month of February, 790 Homes Sold. Of these 796 houses, the average Sold price was $391,336 with an average square footage of 1705.
