Todd & Sophia,
Your point is very well taken...it is time that the community be part of the talks before action is taken that impacts a community as much as this has the potential to do. I'm not a boater but I have been told that Beals Pt. is not a good boat launch. Folsom Pt. and the Granite Bay entry are the best...this should hurt quite a few and I hope that the "Voice" of Folsom is heard before this crucial plan is put into action. Let's see how many "voices" we can get to speak up and be heard...thank you for your voice!

The discussion to close Folsom Point, doesn't seem like much of a discussion. The State continues to ruin rough shod oover it's most value, tax delivering assest. PEOPLE. While the developement is not going to subside, reducing access while the demographic changes and population grows, is sure facilitate conflict and thus reduce the quaility of life for all residents. The closure of Folsom Point is going to back up the boat launch at Beales. The facility is already full in the summer. Do any of the decision makers know this? Do they have a bost...any of them? SOMEBODY NEEDS TO PUT CITIZENS FIRST. Too many decisions are being made without a vote of the people. Bad decisions are plentiful these days, but I still have hope. Please don't ruin access to a lake where you authorized 100's of new homes to be built. More people means we need MORE access. It's simple math. Todd and Sophia Dalton
