November Real Estate Stats for Yolo County by City

Do you want to know how many homes sold in the area that you live? Are you interested in knowing the average cost of homes by City/Community in Yolo County? Each month, I post the homes that are actively for sale, homes in Pending Sale that have an accepted contract, and homes that have Sold as well as the average price of homes in each area. For viewing each City/Community statistics for Yolo County click the highlighted link.
For the month of November, Yolo County:
164 Homes for Sale for an average listing price of $491,435 that had an average of 2011 square feet of living space. 79 Homes accepted a contract and went into Pending Sale, with an average of 1690 square feet of living space within 94 days from the date of listing. 108 Homes Sold and Closed for an average price of $481,083 with 1875 square feet.
The days on the market is really a misnomer since it does not properly reflect the actual days on the market and can be manipulated. When looking at those numbers take them with a grain of salt.

[…]   Jason, my IT guy, has been working diligently with a new program to help make it easier to view previous month’s stats for each City. Soon he will have all the data transferred over to the new site where you can simply pull down a menu of the County you are interested in and the month and year, as well. Right now, there is a bug in the program and it shows January 2006 however, the stat page honestly is January 2007. This will be fixed soon!  The house pictured is located in Davis where you can find a variety of homes as well as in many of the other Communities of Yolo County.
